SkinnyRx’s working public pages advertise compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections at $99 for the first month. Its September 22, 2026 terms identify the operator as Lean Rx, Inc. The current offer was verified in a rendered browser on October 15 after a separate text retrieval returned a page-not-found body.
A low first payment is only part of the comparison. This review looks at product availability, early renewal processing, ordinary cancellation and the separate 90-day guarantee. We did not complete an intake or verify a renewal quote, patient outcome, pharmacy inspection or support response.
A first-month injection offer is not the ongoing bill
The rendered homepage and injection pages show $99 for the first month of compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide. The homepage also shows first-month tablet offers of $149 for compounded semaglutide and $199 for compounded tirzepatide. We did not establish the ordinary renewal price, selected supply period or total commitment for each option.
The homepage’s broad approved-medication message appears alongside Wegovy Pill and Foundayo Pill cards marked unavailable. A medicine mentioned in a menu is not necessarily available for enrollment. The terms separately describe memberships for branded pathways and costs paid to outside pharmacies or partners. Ask which charges belong to SkinnyRx and which would be paid elsewhere.
What the public intake and refill description establishes
The FAQ describes clinician review after an online medical intake, with a possible video visit depending on clinical and state requirements. It also describes a refill form at the end of each month, care-team access and prescription fulfillment through delivery or pharmacy pickup where available. These are service descriptions, not a guarantee of prescribing or state eligibility.
Published review and tracking timelines are company claims that we did not test. The reviewed materials did not identify the specific affiliated practice, prescriber or dispensing pharmacy that would be assigned to a new order. Obtain those names and a plan for clinical concerns between refills. Insurance is not required according to the FAQ; that does not establish reimbursement.
The formulation matters more than the ingredient name
The current offers explicitly label their injections and tablets as compounded. A compounded tablet is not approved oral Wegovy or Foundayo, and approved-product trial results do not establish its effectiveness. The injection pages’ pharmacy testing and ingredient-quality claims were not independently audited.
The site also markets microdosing. This review does not validate that approach, provide a dosing regimen or infer reduced risk from a lower-dose promotional claim. Eligibility, route, formulation and monitoring belong with the prescribing clinician. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved, and a pharmacy registration or testing statement does not change that status.
Use the processing date when planning cancellation
The terms say selected products renew automatically and that a renewal may be charged up to five days before the next subscription period. They then require cancellation at least five days before the applicable renewal processing date. Ask for that actual date; treating the period’s start as the deadline could be too late.
Cancellation is described through the account, Customer Help Center or the published phone number. The general terms reject partial-period refunds and describe discretionary refunds with deductions for pharmacy, clinical, processing and shipping fees. They also require approved refunds to wait for pharmacy-confirmed return of unopened medication for destruction, with return shipping paid by the customer.
The FAQ gives a different operational description: a full refund before prescription review is completed, non-refundability once the prescription is completed and fulfillment begins, and future cancellation before the next shipment is prepared. It also says promotional discounts may be reversed or adjusted. Obtain written confirmation of which rule governs the current order; do not assume a cancel-anytime message guarantees money back.
The 90-day guarantee is conditional and separate
The guarantee requires 90 continuously paid days, an active prescription, weekly app records of weight and medication use, and an ending recorded weight at least as high as the starting weight. It excludes accounts with a previous refund, chargeback or credit and requires a claim within 14 calendar days after the guarantee period. Company review of self-reported logs and additional verification can affect eligibility.
The guarantee section describes eligible compounded-program charges, including clinical coordination, as covered; branded pathways generally cover SkinnyRx membership fees rather than outside medication payments. It excludes Metabolic Health and Stelo charges. That full-bundle language sits alongside broad non-refundable-fee and return requirements elsewhere in the terms. The public wording does not clearly reconcile those provisions; ask which exceptions apply before relying on a refund amount.
A commercial guarantee is not proof that a treatment produces a particular result. Keep the terms attached to the selected offer and the required records if you intend to rely on it. The company describes a ten-business-day processing period for approved guarantee refunds; we have not verified actual claim outcomes.
Request one written answer for billing and clinical care
The public help number is 1-888-979-9580. Use the account or official contact page to confirm cancellation receipt, the current prescription stage and the next processing date. A cancellation confirmation and approval of a refund are distinct records.
This review is based on public information, not a treatment trial or authenticated patient review. It assigns no clinical quality score. The missing ordinary renewal quote, assigned pharmacy and reconciliation of refund clauses are practical questions to settle before comparing the $99 headline with another service’s full price.
