Omzo review: the offer, the care pathway and the exit terms

Omzo’s current price cards and terms differ on the first tirzepatide amount. Its documents also need careful reading for branded fulfillment and refund eligibility.

Omzo markets online weight care through clinician-reviewed plans, app support and pharmacy fulfillment. Its public pages advertise semaglutide and tirzepatide, but a short price card does not establish the final payment schedule or identify the clinician and pharmacy responsible for a particular patient.

This review follows the rendered public offer and terms checked October 15, 2026. It found details missing from a plain-text retrieval, including different first and follow-up charges. We have not enrolled, bought medication or tested the service; the purpose is to identify which statements need one clear written agreement.

Separate the platform from the medical and pharmacy services

Omzo describes a health questionnaire followed by review from licensed clinicians, a treatment plan and ongoing app-based support. Its contact-page disclaimer says clinical care comes through third-party networks and that Omzo is not itself a medical practice or pharmacy. The accessible pages did not name the particular medical practice or dispensing pharmacy assigned to a new patient.

The terms limit services and sales to the 50 U.S. states. That is a geographic boundary, not proof that every selected service is available in every state. Confirm the clinician’s authorization where you will be located, whether a live visit is required and how a symptom concern reaches the clinical team. App messaging does not establish an immediate response.

The current offer needs a reconciliation

The homepage and weight-loss page advertise semaglutide from $179 and tirzepatide from $279. The terms list an initial GLP-1 package at $179 and a follow-up package at $299; for GLP-1/GIP they list an initial $259 and a follow-up $399. The $259 initial amount does not match the $279 tirzepatide headline. We have not selected an offer or verified which amount would be charged.

The terms describe consultation, prescription, medication, shipping and medical support if needed within those packages. They do not establish a universal supply period or automatic renewal interval for every purchase. Ask about labs, supplies, dose-related changes, the full next charge and any advance payment. Do not relabel the starting figures as verified monthly prices.

Compounded and branded pathways are described differently

The terms distinguish a compounded medication program from a prescription-only service for branded medicine. They also describe limited exceptions in which Omzo manages branded dispensing and shipping, with costs remaining the patient’s responsibility. The contact-page disclaimer instead says Omzo does not sell, dispense or ship branded drugs and that the patient fills and pays elsewhere. These statements need clarification for the chosen pathway.

Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved and should not be treated as approved generics. A “verified pharmacy” or ingredient-quality statement is not an independent pharmacy inspection. The site’s patient stories, projected progress and ingredient-testing percentage were not independently validated by this publication. Ask for the actual prescription and dispensing facility before applying evidence from an approved product.

Read the initial-intake cutoff and the exceptions together

The terms generally describe prescription orders as processed and non-refundable once the initial medical intake has been submitted. They also identify full-refund exceptions for initial clinician-determined medical disqualification and a processing error such as a duplicate charge. The medical-disqualification exception excludes knowingly omitted or misrepresented health information. These are the company’s stated conditions, not our determination of anyone’s legal entitlement.

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 28 days of payment. One sentence allows a written request by email or mailing address, while another rejects channels other than email. Use the published support route and obtain confirmation of the applicable method and receipt. The terms treat paid supplements and already processed subscription charges as non-refundable; canceling a subscription prevents future charges. A universal advance cancellation deadline was not established.

The advertised dispatch window is within 48 business hours after prescription approval. It is not an arrival guarantee, and the terms say a dispatched shipment cannot be changed or canceled. Confirm current order status early. Opting out of marketing text messages is a separate action from stopping treatment or requesting a refund.

Keep the answer tied to the selected plan

Use the official contact page to request the treatment agreement and a written explanation of the payment differences. Ask separately who handles billing, who makes prescribing decisions and which pharmacy will dispense. Do not assume a general website-support answer resolves a clinical question.

This is a review of public documents with medical review pending. No star score or claim about service superiority is assigned. The practical next step is a quote that names the product, pharmacy, supply period, first payment, follow-up payment and exit conditions in the same record.
