The terms name Science and Co, Inc. as the nonclinical operator. The consent identifies Blue Stone Physicians Consultants LLC as the affiliated provider group.
Those names give a reader something concrete to check. This review examines the public offer and the questions left for an individual order. We have not used the service, checked professional licenses, inspected a prescription, or tested support. A public document review cannot certify the company or predict a patient experience.
What does Science & Co offer?
The catalog advertises weight-loss, longevity and hormone-related offerings.
Start with the particular service you came for. Ask for an individual proposal: a reader researching a named medicine needs to know what is actually being considered for that reader. Treat availability, eligibility and the final bill as separate questions. An attractive product page does not answer all three.
For a useful comparison with another provider, keep the proposed product and payment period consistent. Otherwise, a comparison can accidentally set one kind of purchase against a different one.
What would I pay today and later?
The FAQ advertises Black Friday pricing from $49/month on a twelve-month plan.
That is an offer to investigate, not a checkout quote for this reader. Our source check did not establish the amount collected today, whether advance payment is required, or the ordinary renewal price. Do not fill those blanks by multiplying the headline figure or assuming that a monthly description means monthly collection.
Ask for the first payment and its coverage dates on one line, then the next payment and its dates on another. Request a breakdown of any separate charges. The full-cost worksheet can hold the answers beside competing quotes without turning an unanswered field into a zero.
Who is responsible for the prescription?
The consent says payment does not assure a prescription.
Direct each question to the appropriate team. Ask who will assess the request, how that professional is identified in the account, and where a clinical follow-up belongs. Send questions about a payment authorization to billing. A billing reply should not be used as a clinical decision.
Before authorizing a charge, ask what happens financially if the assessment does not lead to the medicine you expected. Request the applicable clause and an explanation of any amount retained. This is a question for the proposed transaction; this review does not supply an unverified refund promise.
Which medicine and pharmacy would I receive?
FDA explains that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and do not receive its premarket review for safety, effectiveness or quality.
That distinction concerns the finished product. It is not a finding about Science & Co. Ask the prescribing professional to identify the proposed medicine, its formulation and route, and the dispensing pharmacy. If the proposal changes during assessment, request the revised details before comparing costs again.
Keep the product name and pharmacy name in separate fields. Neither should be replaced by the website brand. Our guide to compounded and approved medicines provides context for that conversation. This review does not determine which medicine is appropriate for you.
How do cancellation and refunds differ?
Subscriptions recur at checkout intervals until cancelled, the terms say. The shipping policy requires cancellation 72 hours before processing; stopping renewal does not refund dispensed orders.
Ask for the processing date in your own account. A delivery estimate is not the date named in that notice requirement. If you also want an existing order stopped or a payment returned, name that request explicitly and ask which stage the order has reached.
Keep the cancellation acknowledgment beside the order response. A reply about one request is insufficient evidence that the other request was approved. The cancellation guide helps separate those administrative outcomes. No unused-month refund calculation was established in this review.
Where can I ask a billing question?
Contact options: support@science.co, 1 (844) 587-5747, or account messaging.
Include the plan or order identifier and the question you need answered. Ask for a reply you can retain with the agreement. If a response discusses a different product or promotion, point out the mismatch and request a corrected explanation. Published contact details establish a route to try; we did not measure response time or resolution quality.
Try the offer against a written quote
Imagine that you are ready to compare two offers and one shows a monthly amount without a complete invoice. Leave the missing fields blank. Send the same short request to each provider: please identify the proposed product, total collected now, months covered, next charge and date, and the rule for cancelling that next order.
Then add the pharmacy and care-team details when supplied. If an answer says only that a discount applies, ask for the actual invoice amount. This exercise is a hypothetical way to organize a decision, not a description of a completed Science & Co purchase.
- Quote record: product and formulation; clinician; dispensing pharmacy.
- Payment record: due now; coverage period; next amount and date.
- Exit record: processing date; notice cutoff; current order status; refund question.
When is it worth asking for more detail?
An unresolved material question is a reason to pause the purchase decision. Examples include an unnamed pharmacy, a payment period that does not match the quote, or a cancellation reply that leaves an existing charge unexplained. These are decision checks, not allegations that this provider has committed those errors.
For a broader document checklist, use how to check an online provider. Return to the specific written proposal afterward: the useful outcome is a set of answers you understand, not a star rating inferred from a website.
