A company-identity question is best answered with the legal documents for each service. Similar website language, an overlapping pharmacy network, or a comment on social media does not establish that two brands have the same ownership or contract.

The public records reviewed for MEDVi and Embody do not amount to a complete corporate ownership investigation. This article explains the identity checks a reader can perform without asserting an ownership relationship that our evidence does not establish.

Which documents would answer the question?

Look at the terms accepted during enrollment, the privacy notice, the payment receipt, and any medical-practice agreement. They can name different organizations because operating a platform, processing payment, providing clinical care, and dispensing medicine are different roles.

If a document uses a trading name or refers to an affiliated business, ask for the legal name and role of the entity handling your purchase. A privacy-policy update date also matters: an old screenshot may not describe the present arrangement.

Why a shared pharmacy is insufficient

Embody publishes pharmacy partners that include Red Rock and Triad Rx. Those names also appear in MEDVi’s public partner information. A pharmacy can serve more than one clinical or administrative platform; a shared supplier alone does not establish shared ownership.

Ask which dispenser is assigned to your actual prescription. A company-ownership answer, even if established, would not by itself determine that pharmacy assignment or settle whether a proposed medicine is appropriate.

Keep the purchases and policies separate

Do not assume that cancelling one account closes another, that one company will issue another’s refund, or that prices match because websites seem related. Request written confirmation of which business owns a charge and which terms apply to it.

Compare the Embody review and MEDVi review as separate records. Where identity remains unclear, the useful next step is a request for the actual agreement rather than a guess about the relationship.

For a payment dispute or a proposed transfer, ask the business to explain its authority to act on that exact account. Even related companies can use different agreements, support systems, and medical practices. A complete ownership answer would require stronger corporate evidence than the overlapping marketing and pharmacy information examined in this document review.
