Ask the dispensing pharmacy how its evidence applies to your actual formulation, label, and delivery history; seek replacement instructions if suitability cannot be established.
A storage allowance for an approved pen or another pharmacy’s compound cannot clear this vial. Keep the original label and beyond-use date, and tell the prescribing team if waiting for a resolution may interrupt care. Do not turn a delivery issue into an improvised medication change while waiting for administrative support.
